SIMPLE STUDY TIPS Now that We’ve Moved Online

We understand this is a difficult time for all, and moving online is quite a transition. Here are some friendly reminders to stay healthy and well at home. 🏡🌱

  • Wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water, even if you haven't left your home all day! You can never be too clean or careful.

  • Refrain from face touching, especially the nose and eyes.

  • Continue to stay on top of your work. Just because we've moved online doesn't mean you stop working hard to achieve your academic goals. 📚

  • Take study breaks by standing up from your workspace every hour or so. Consider to:

    • ☕ Grab a drink of water or tea

    • 🗣 Chat with family members

    • 🚶‍♀️ Walk around your home or backyard

  • Study better with friends? Set up video chats. Keep getting distracted? Play a YouTube study livestream instead. If you know you're not built for studying with others though, don't be too tempted by these as you'll just get more unproductive. 💻

  • Set up an at-home workout routine along with a playlist to get you moving! 🎶

  • Take care to still be eating all your meals a day. 🍽🥢
